The exporters of the goods referred to in Article 2o., fraction I, letters A), B), C), F), G), H) and I) of the Law of the Special Tax on Production and Services (LIEPS acronym in Spanish), regarding Article 19 fraction XI of said law, shall be registered in the Sectoral Export Directory, for which they shall provide an original of the format called “Authorization to register in the sectoral export Directory (“Autorización de inscripción para el Sectoral Export Directory (Rule 1.3.7.)” with autographed signature, and fulfil the requirements foreseen in the information sheet 141/LA, Annex 1-A. The exporters who had been ceased in the Sectoral Export Directory may require said cessation to be ineffective, fulfilling that foreseen in the information sheet 142/LA, Annex 1-A.

1. The registration in the Sectoral Export Directory shall not proceed when the persons or entities are in any of the premises stated in 84 of the Regulations of the Customs Law or Rule 1.3.3. of the General Regulations of Foreign Trade in effect.
2. The cessation shall proceed in the Sectoral Export Directory, when the persons or entities are in any of the premises stated in the Rule 1.3.3. of the General Regulations of Foreign Trade in effect and shall be subject to the procedure established in said regulation.
